This course focuses on working with the flexibility of the body. Classes are adapted for beginners as well as for older people.
During the course, classical simple asanas of hatha yoga are offered for implementation, as well as the processes of breathing and concentration in asanas.
All asanas are offered in several variations: for the very beginners, as well as for those who already have light versions of asanas.
